Secretary Agent is an AI that picks up your calls. Forward your line to a dedicated Secretary number, and unknown callers reach an assistant in a voice and personality you choose. It finds out who is calling and why, handles what it can — checking your calendar, booking meetings, answering from your documents — and leaves you a written summary with an action list.

What Your Secretary Does
The Secretary identifies the caller and the matter they are calling about. From there it can check your availability with timezones reconciled properly, book a meeting straight onto your calendar, take a booking from your Calendly or Cal.com appointment catalog, or answer a caller's question directly from documents you've uploaded — price lists, opening hours, policies, menus.
Genuine emergency calls can be put through to you, otherwise the Secretary holds the line, however many times they insist. And when a call falls outside all of that, it takes a message.
A whitelist lets trusted specific contacts always reach you directly; a blacklist blocks specific numbers you specify.
Connect Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, or Cal.com, with read-only or write access set per calendar. Upload PDFs, Word and Excel files, CSVs, plain text, or images, and the Secretary reads them mid-call to answer questions.
It also handles languages gracefully: it starts in your chosen language, switches if the caller speaks a different one, and your summary still arrives in yours. Seven languages are supported on calls: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabic, and Chinese.
Customize Your Secretary
Choose from ten voices across seven accents — five male, five female — from Elliot's steady American professionalism to Aisha's warm, attentive Middle Eastern tone. Every voice can speak any supported language, and you can change your pick at any time.
Then there is the Dojo, where your Secretary learns your name, your manner, your schedule, and your paperwork. Name it, give it a temperament — Traditional, Playful, Gen Z, Millennial, Boomer, or one you describe in your own words — and write standing instructions in a rich-text editor.
It represents you — it never impersonates you
The Secretary always speaks about you in the third person, never as you. It never decides, commits, agrees, approves, refuses, or negotiates on your behalf — those remain yours. The private background you give it is never read aloud to a caller, and nothing a caller says during a call can talk it past its rules.
Get Call Briefing
Every screened call produces a Report of what happened in plain sentences, Notes with the details you'd hate to lose (reference numbers, amounts, callback numbers, etc.), an Action Items list, and a Signal line with sentiment, urgency, and a spam score.
If a caller hangs up during the greeting or says nothing at all, no summary is written and your inbox stays clean. Only relevant calls are saved to reduce the noise.
Your Calls Organized
Similar to your email, your inbox in the app gives you read/unread cards, starring, archiving, custom drag-to-reorder folders, search and filters, and full transcript and audio playback per call — with deleted items recoverable for 30 days.
Call history is grouped into All, Screened, Incoming, Missed, Outgoing, and Spam, with spam-scored calls filing themselves away from the rest through built-in spam detection and filtering.
Privacy you can verify
An assistant that hears your phone calls has to be trustworthy about what it keeps. These are real controls, not toggles that only hide things. Transcripts off means off — no transcription runs at all.
Set your own retention: never, 30, 90, or 180 days, with anything older purged automatically. Purge on demand, export everything, and review a full timestamped account activity log.
The app is locked to you with a passcode plus Face ID or fingerprint, a recovery phrase, encrypted local storage, and screenshot protection.
And you can delete your account and all associated data permanently.
