Call Forwarding
Call forwarding allows you to route incoming calls from your personal phone number to your Secretary. Once configured, your Secretary can screen calls, block spam, and handle conversations on your behalf.
Begin Setup Process
The Call forwarding setup process can be initiated in two ways.
Method 1: Inbox Page
When you first register, your Inbox will display a "Call Forwarding Disabled" state with a Setup button. Click this button to begin the setup process.
Method 2: Settings → Phone
You can also set up call forwarding anytime from your Phone settings (4th tab / gear icon). Navigate to Settings → Phone, and use the Setup button under Call Forwarding section.
Pick Your Carrier
Setup varies by carrier — follow the instructions for your specific provider to enable call forwarding to your Secretary.
Select Your Carrier
After tapping Setup, you will be prompted to select your carrier. Choose from the major carriers or select Other, then tap Continue to proceed with the setup process.
Complete Verification
Once you have completed the carrier-specific steps, the app will automatically verify that call forwarding is active. Keep the app open until verification completes successfully.
Successful Setup
Once verification completes, your call forwarding is now active and ready to use. You'll see confirmation across the app and your Secretary Agent is ready to handle your incoming calls.
Inbox
If you initiated setup from the Inbox, you will see a "Call Forwarding Verified" toast notification. The Setup button will no longer show and your Inbox is now ready to receive call summaries from your Secretary.
Settings
If you initiated setup from Settings → Phone, you will see a "Call Forwarding Verified" toast notification. Your phone number will show alongside and your Secretary's phone number, which your calls are now being forwarded to.
