Inbox

The Inbox Tab serves as your central hub for managing all calls handled by your Secretary.

Each call is intelligently summarized and categorized with visual indicators including emergency flags and tone sentiment analysis, enabling you to quickly prioritize and assess incoming communications.

From the Inbox, you have access to powerful features for managing call summaries:

  • Reviewing summaries
  • Folders for categorization
  • Notification management
  • Search, filtering, and sorting capabilities
  • Starring, Archiving, Deleting, and Spam Flagging.

Page Functionalities

Header Buttons

Folders — Access your default inbox folders and any custom folders you have created. Tap to browse folder contents or manage and create new folders to organize your call summaries.

Notifications — View your latest notifications. The badge indicates the number of unread notifications currently awaiting your attention.

Querying

Search — Search through your call summaries by content or caller name. Quickly find specific conversations without manually scrolling through your inbox.

Filter icon

Filter — Narrow down your inbox results by filtering based on date, urgency level, or sentiment. Focus on the calls that matter most to you.

Sort icon

Sort — Organize your call summaries by sorting based on recent calls or interaction duration. Customize the order to suit your workflow.

Summary

Summary Card

Each call handled by your Secretary Agent is presented as a summary card in the Inbox. The card surfaces the most relevant information at a glance, allowing you to quickly assess the nature and urgency of each interaction. Tap to view full details.

Additionally, the dropdown arrow on the bottom-right of the card expands the summary card with a set of contextual action buttons. Actions include return call, move to folder, star for later, archive, flag as spam, and deletion.

Normal priority indicator — green sirenNormal
Urgent priority indicator — yellow sirenUrgent
Emergency priority indicator — red sirenEmergency

These indicators represent the level of seriousness for the call as determined by your Secretary Agent, helping you immediately distinguish routine calls from those requiring urgent or emergency attention.

Negative sentiment indicator — red downward arrowNegative
Positive sentiment indicator — green upward arrowPositive

These indicators reflect the tone or sentiment of the call as analyzed by your Secretary, allowing you to gauge the overall nature of the conversation at a glance.

Star icon

Star — Mark the call as a favorite for quick reference.

Folder icon

Folder — Move the call to a custom folder for organization.

Archive icon

Archive — Keep your inbox clean while preserving the record.

Spam icon

Spam — Flag the call summary as spam to improve future filtering and quality.

Delete icon

Delete — Remove the call summary record from your inbox.

Full Summary Details

Tapping the summary card itself opens the full details, where you can review the complete summary, notes, action points, and recorded text and audio transcripts for the interaction.
